End-User License Agreement — Suphra

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using the Suphra application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

1. Grant of License

Suphra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App
• Use the App to develop a competing product or service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems

3. AI Features and Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate recipe suggestions based on your pantry data. With respect to AI-generated content:

• Recipes and suggestions generated by the App are provided for your personal use only
• You may not commercially distribute, sell, or publish AI-generated recipes produced by the App
• Suphra does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of any AI-generated content
• You assume full responsibility for how you use AI-generated recipes, including any food safety or dietary considerations

4. In-App Purchases and Coins

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including a PRO subscription and Coins used to unlock AI recipe generation.

• All purchases are final and processed by Apple via the App Store
• Coins are consumed upon use and are non-refundable
• PRO subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple

5. User Content

Any content you enter into the App — including ingredient lists, pantry data, dietary preferences, and bookmarks — remains yours. By using the App, you grant Suphra a limited license to process and store this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality. We do not claim ownership of your personal data.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services necessary for its operation, including Anthropic for AI recipe generation and Apple for payments. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Suphra is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

7. Camera and Device Permissions

The App requires access to your device camera for barcode scanning and visual ingredient recognition. By granting this permission, you acknowledge that:

• Camera access is used solely for in-app scanning functionality
• Captured images are not stored beyond the active scanning session
• You may revoke camera access at any time through your device settings, though doing so may limit App functionality

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including its design, code, branding, and content — are and remain the exclusive property of Suphra and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to Suphra's trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

9. Updates and Changes

Suphra may from time to time release updates to the App. Updates may be required to continue using the App. Suphra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the App itself at any time, with or without notice.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. Suphra may also terminate or suspend your access at its discretion, with or without cause.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Suphra does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suphra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Health outcomes resulting from AI-generated recipes
• Allergen-related incidents due to misidentified ingredients
• Loss of data or pantry information
• Service interruptions or third-party failures

Suphra's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

14. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and has the right to enforce its terms against you. Suphra, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

15. Changes to This Agreement

Suphra reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. We will endeavor to notify users of material changes where appropriate.
